To request an integration in the Toast Marketplace, you will first need to log in to your Toast Web account and add the integration from within the platform.
1. Log in to your Toast Web account.
2. Go to the Integrations tab.
3. Select Browse & purchase integrations.
4. Use the search bar to find the integration for your own PMS. For example "Opera Cloud powered by Omniboost," "Maestro powered by Omniboost," or "Mews powered by Omniboost," depending on which PMS your property uses.
5. Click Add Now.
❗ Important
Search for the integration that matches your own PMS. If you search "Mews" while your property uses a different PMS (e.g. Opera Cloud, Maestro, or Infor HMS), you'll request the wrong integration.
6. Select the locations
7. Confirm the integration request.
Once added, Omniboost will reach out to you with the necessary steps to complete the integration setup.
