Integration onboarding guide for connecting your Lightspeed K-Series POS to your Noovy PMS environment

Integration features

This integration enables you to connect your Lightspeed K-series POS with your Noovy PMS. The features supported by the integration include:

  1. Noovy reservation look up directly in the Lighspeed POS

  2. Posting of Lightspeed charges to a selected Noovy reservation

New connection request

When you are ready to start your onboarding process for the Lightspeed K-Series to Noovy please make sure that you communicate this with your Noovy representative.

The Noovy team must provide Omniboost with your unique Noovy PMS Code so the onboarding team can configure your new DataHub onboarding profile.

All other information regarding Lightspeed will be requested in the DataHub onboarding process.

Setting up your Noovy Products

Before starting the onboarding process in the DataHub, you must create products in your Noovy PMS environment. These products need to represent product categories, for example Drinks, Beer, Wine etc. These products will then be matched up with the relevant Lightspeed K-series category during the onboarding process.

In the Omniboost DataHub

Once the Omniboost team receives your request and the Noovy PMS ID, they will create your new DataHub onboarding profile.

You will receive an email with your credentials. You will use those credentials to log into your new profile here. Once you are logged in, you will be asked to authenticate your Lightspeed K-series connection and complete the integration setup and mapping.
