How to retrieve the correct Yuki API Key & Administration ID

To connect Yuki to your PMS or POS system, you need to provide a Yuki API Key and Administration ID. This guide will walk you through the steps to retrieve the API Key and Administration ID from Yuki. Please follow the steps outlined below:


Accessing Yuki

The first step is to log into your Yuki environment that you want to connect to your POS or PMS system.

Once you are on the selected page, log in with your Yuki credentials and proceed with the next steps.

Navigate through Yuki

Once logged in, follow these steps to retrieve the Yuki API Key & Administration ID

To begin, click the Hamburger icon in the top left.

Once you’ve clicked the ‘Hamburger’ icon, select ‘Mijn domein’ in the top left.

Once you’ve navigated to ‘Mijn domein’, go to ‘Webservices’. You have two options on this page: either click ‘Webservices’ in the ‘Integraties’ column or select ‘Integraties’ from the sidebar settings. A dropdown will appear, allowing you to click on ‘Webservices’.

Once you’re on this page, you’ll see the ‘Webservice API-Sleutels’. Here, you’ll find the API Key and Administration ID required for our integration to send data to Yuki.
