When connecting Exact Online to Base, a common issue is that the desired administration does not appear after logging in with your Exact Online credentials, despite having access to that administration in Exact Online. This often happens when multiple administrations are managed under the same user.
To ensure the correct administration is visible in Base, confirm that you have access to Exact Online and are an administrator of the designated administration you want to connect.
Please follow these steps in this article to connect to the correct administration.
Accessing Exact Online
The first step is to log in with your Exact Online user account that you used in Base to create an OAuth connection.

Once you are on the selected page, log in with your Exact Online credentials and proceed with the next steps.

Navigate through Exact Online
Once logged in, follow these steps to ensure Omniboost/Base can retrieve the correct administrations.
To begin, navigate to ‘My Exact Online.’

Once you’re in ‘My Exact Online’, navigate to the ‘Security Center’ on the left sidebar.

Once you navigate to the ‘Security Center’, scroll down to the ‘Permissions for my apps’ section. If you activated OAuth previously, you should see a user called ‘Omniboost’. Click on our Application Name ‘Omniboost’ to continue to the next step.

Once you navigate to our application, scroll down to the section called ‘Access to’, where you will find the list of administrations we can access. To make changes, click on ‘Manage Administrations’.

Now, this is the final step to grant our application access to the correct administration(s). You’ll find two sections: one on the left and one on the right, with arrows in between. The left side lists the administrations available to your user, while the right side shows the administrations our application currently has access to.
To grant us access to the correct administration in Base, select the checkbox next to the desired administration in the left column and click the right arrow in the middle. The selected administration will then appear in the right column.
After confirming the correct administration(s) are in the right column, click ‘Save’ in the top right corner.
Now that you’ve granted our application access to the desired administration(s), please return to your ongoing onboarding in Base. Reconnect to Exact Online and log in with your user credentials. You will then see the administration(s) you have authorized in the dropdown menu.
