Guide Overview
In this document we take you through the steps of approving the API user in Opera Cloud. This is crucial so that we receive all the information in our system the Omniboost DataHub.
Step 1: Login Opera Cloud
Login into Opera Cloud and go to ‘Identity Management’
Important: You must be Chain Admin, otherwise you will not receive the API user request. If you’re not sure that you are, please contact Opera Cloud to identify who within your organization is.
Step 2: Approve User
Select ‘Pending Approval’ (you should see a notification badge).
Select the request that you received from Omniboost (‘chain code’_OMNIBOOST).
Select ‘Claim’ and then select ‘Approve’.
Step 3: Check Chain WSACCESS Role
After the user is approved, double check if the chain WSACCESS role is assigned to the user.
Select ‘Manage’.
Select ‘Users’.
Search for your ‘chain code’, make sure you are searching on ‘Display Name’.
Select the Omniboost user.
Step 4: Adding Chain WSACCESS Role
If the chain WSACCESS role isn’t assigned to the Omniboost user please follow the next steps.
Select ‘Request Roles’.
Search for the chain code and add only the chain WSACCESS role to the cart (it can only be one).
Select ‘Next’.
Select ‘Submit’.
You will see that you added the chain WSACCESS role.
